Assitance w/showers, hygiene, light exercise, change depends, meal prep, grooming, med reminder, grocery errands, light housekeeping. 

Basic & total care. A percentage of independency & a percentage of needing assistance. Following up with physical therapist exercise. Transfers/gait belt 150-200 bed to chair, chair to bed w/patient assistance

Total Care/Skilled Care, 80-100% disabled. Bedbound, Hoyer lift, wheel chair bound, hospice, needs complete hands on care.
